  • To provide testimonials WITHOUT results claims

3. Update Current Offers

Update your current LIVE offers.

Talk a look at your landing pages, checkout pages, & social media content.

Review for marketing & compliance.
Things to be aware of:

Claims – income, results based, and/or lifestyle (sharing luxury vibes).

4. Update Your Check Out Pages

There are very key and required items that must be on your checkout page (where clients put in their credit card information).

5. Marketing & Sales Copy

  • Do an Audit on how you market and write copy.
  • This is the time to go through how you write copy and your overall marketing operations.
  • This is a big picture look at you do things.
  • Get clear on how you will be writing content moving forward.
  • Will you be moving to a more compliant way of business?
  • This is a time to update remaining landing pages and your overall website copy.
  • Take a look at your overall message & tone.

 

Again anything with results delete, delete, delete. 

If you have a lot of content that needs updating – I highly suggest using a software such as COMPLILY.
